You can modify user profile information by navigating to the profile information page in one of two ways.

Option 1:

1. Navigate to www.jasperactive.com, click the red Login/Register button, then login.

2. Click the down arrow next to your profile name in the top right corner.

3. Select Account Settings.

4. For security reasons, login again.

5. Select the applicable option - My Profile or Password and Security.

6. Click Change Profile Data to save changes when complete.

Option 2 - Jasperactive MOS desktop version, from within the product page.

1. Click the Avatar on the top right of the page.

2. Make desired changes to your account.

3. Ensure that your current password has been entered in the Confirmed Password dialogue box.

4. Click the Submit button.
