As a student, when you receive an course(s) activation code - aka Group Key - from your Teacher and encounter an "The activation code does not exist" error, then we recommend the following:
- Attempt to get the code in a form from which you can copy/paste, as opposed to manual entry.
- Ask your Teacher to double check the code to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure ALL CAPS is activated on your keyboard if using manual entry.
- The dashes/hyphens (-) character is required.
Note: 0(number) is commonly miss-read as O(letter). In most cases, with a Jasperactive Group Key, this character is a number.
