- Login to the Office 365 Administrator portal as the Administrator, on the left hand side, hover the cursor on the Gear Settings Icon and then select Services and Add-ins
- Next, scroll down until you see Office Software Download Settings
- Change the button from Every Month (Monthly Channel) to Every 6 months (Semi Annual Channel)
- Click Save
- Uninstall Office, login and when you click "Install Office", the Office 365 Pro Plus Semi Annual Channel version will download automatically from Office 365.
