When one of our Support technicians requests to connect remotely to your machine to troubleshoot a reported issue, you will need to download software and provide us information to connect.
Our team uses TeamViewer for remote connections. Please download this at your earliest convenience in preparation for our assistance. After installation, and about 30 minutes or so before our scheduled session, launch the TeamViewer app and then email us the details in the Your ID and Password fields - please copy/paste so there are no typos.
