This error is related to the configuration settings for Jasperactive to load on the screen, it’s resolved by deleting this folder:

C:\Users\<username on the computer>\AppData\Local\©_CCI_Learning_Solutions_

1. Click Ok and close the error message and any open Jasperactive windows
2. Open File Explorer on the Computer and in the top bar type in %APPDATA% and then press ENTER

3. If the system defaults you to Roaming, use the drop down and change to Local
   1. 
4. Click on the ©_CCI_Learning_Solutions_ folder and then press DELETE
   1. 
5. Close File Explorer
6. Return to Jasperactive login and launch the Learn or Practice exercise
