Do you have OneDrive running on your computer? If so, deactivate syncing to the Documents\Jasperactive folder and it should help resolve your saving and scoring issues.
How to disconnect the Jasperactive folder from OneDrive
- Click on the Blue Cloud in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
- Next, click on the Gear Icon followed by Settings
- On the Account Screen, ensure Account is selected on the left hand side and then click on Choose Folders
- In the Choose Folders windows expand Documents and Uncheck Jasperactive and Jasperactive-adobe
- Click Ok and Close OneDrive
