Problem: Often, Microsoft web apps do not provide mouse-over tips for menu icons in the Ribbon. This can be challenging at times when instructed to click a specific icon that is not easily, visually identifiable.

Solution: When instructed to click on an item in the Ribbon menu - i.e. in the Paragraph group, click the increase indent option - encourage students to mouse over menu options until the pointer arrow (normal setting) converts to a hand with the index finger pointing. At this moment, you're at the correct option and ready to click as instructed.
