This support article pertains to our Jasperactive MOS Online Office Add-in for users who may not be based in North America and/or their personal computer time zone and language settings may be currently set to their respective local time zone and language settings outside of North America. 


When logged into your Jasperactive MOS Online course, you may experience this error message:


 

Time zone and Language Settings may sometimes cause error messages in Jasperactive MOS Online.


Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:


1.  Click on your profile icon on the top right-corner of your screen then click on the 'View account' option:




2. On the next screen, click on the 'View Settings and Privacy' option in the Settings & Privacy section:





3.  In the Settings & Privacy screen, change the settings under the Languages and Region sections to the ones shown circled below:
