- School or entity the user account is aligned to
- Office version(s) - i.e. 2016, 2019, Online
- Course(s) to be reset - i.e. Word 2016 Core or Excel Associate Online
- Optional, but helpful - Group Key(s) associated to the Course(s) to be reset
If you're a student, please ask your Instructor to make this request and also Cc your Jasperactive email.
Following these instructions will create a support ticket. Once the account information is confirmed the request will be processed within 24 hours.
