  • Email or username used to login to Jasperactive
  • School or entity the user account is aligned to
  • Copy/paste this statement - "In making this request to delete a Jasperactive user account, I fully understand that all user activity and even Course progress/history will be eliminated and not recoverable. I accept responsibility for this action and do not hold CCI Learning, or its related entities and partners, responsible."


If you're a student, please ask your Instructor to make this request, individual student submissions will not be processed without proper consent from the Instructor/Teacher.


Following these instructions will create a support ticket. Once the account information is confirmed the request will be processed within 24 hours.
