If you encounter the following error message when attempting to access or launch a Jasperactive MOS Lesson exercise, follow the steps below for resolution.



The error is a result of OneDrive being selected as the Backup device for the Documents folder. When Jasperactive is trying to launch, OneDrive doesn't have enough time to sync the files before they're being used, resulting in the "Error copying file from" error message being displayed.


Solution : Using this support article, map the Local System Settings to this folder location (directory path).
