Do I lose my progress if my courses expire? Print

No. Student course progress in Jasperactive is linked to, and "travels" with, the student account. In the event your courses expire, speak with your teacher about obtaining a new group key and follow the instructions in the article How to reactivate expired courses. Once the course(s) are restored to Active status, continue exactly where you left off.
